Zorba Consulting - Consultant - SAP BA PS / CO

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) & CO (Controlling) Consultants with a strong foundation in both S / 4HANA and ECC environments, who can also contribute to project management functions.

Ideal candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in SAP implementation / support, possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and demonstrate strong documentation, change management, and end-user training abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP PS / CO solutions.
• Design and document Functional Specifications (FS) for technical teams using industry best practices.
• Implement and support SAP S / 4HANA and ECC-based solutions, ensuring full life-cycle deployment.
• Prepare and execute end-to-end testing scripts including UAT scenarios, integrated with systems like CFIN, MDG, etc.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful configuration and delivery.
• Lead and manage change requests, incident management, and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
• Demonstrate configured solutions to users, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with MS Office standards.
• Contribute to project planning, workshops, training sessions, and cross-location collaboration when needed.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, dedication, and transparency in daily work.
