Job Overview :
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering full-cycle ERP implementations. You'll play a critical role in configuring, localizing, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring seamless financial operations and procurement processes for our diverse clients, especially in a multi-country rollout environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Oracle Cloud Procurement (e.g., Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management) modules to align with complex client business requirements.
- Provide specialized support for regional and local compliance, especially in countries like Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, or the Philippines, ensuring system adherence to country-specific regulations and tax localization.
- Develop comprehensive functional test plans and scenarios for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, covering both Finance and Procurement modules.
- Oversee and execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all functionalities perform as expected.
- Utilize JIRA and other test management tools for test case management, defect tracking, and detailed reporting.
- Ensure that all Oracle Fusion configurations for Finance and Procurement adhere to statutory compliance requirements and specific tax regulations of relevant regions.
- Provide expertise in setting up and testing tax regimes, rates, and rules within Oracle Fusion to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Drive effective change management activities by clearly communicating system changes and benefits to end-users and stakeholders. Manage and support critical cutover activities during go-live phases, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Provide dedicated hypercare support post-implementation, troubleshooting functional issues, and providing guidance to users to stabilize the new system and processes.
- Functionally lead aspects of data migration, defining data requirements, mapping strategies, and validating migrated financial and procurement data.
- Understand integration points between various Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Procure-to-Pay flow from Requisition to Payment) and external systems from a functional perspective.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, issue resolution, and communication skills to effectively liaise with client business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams across different time zones, ensuring project alignment and successful delivery.
Required Experience & Skills :
Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, with significant hands-on functional experience in both Finance and Procurement modules.Strong knowledge of local finance and tax regulations in at least one of the four countries (Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, or the Philippines) is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, including deep dives into setting up financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and procurement modules (PO, SCM, INV).Proven experience with UAT testing processes and leading user acceptance.Practical experience with compliance processes related to financial and procurement systems.Familiarity with JIRA and other test management tools.Excellent stakeholder management, issue resolution, and communication skills (written and verbal).Proven ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams.Desired Skills and Experience :
