Mumbai Product Growth Manager Experience : 2 to 7 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Job Description We are looking for an exceptionally talented Growth hacker, who is a part product manager, part marketer and all hacker. You will work with design, marketing, engineering and rest of the product team to execute strategies and initiatives revolving around user growth. The growth team will work on all stages of the user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) as well as user-to-user engagement mechanics. Responsibilities : You will help lead the growth charge with quick iteration and prioritization of initiatives that identify and capitalize on scalable channels for user growth Hitting top-line user growth number - the kind of growth that sustains / fosters user engagement Drive a week-in, week-out growth process with a cross-functional growth team responsible for helping drive user growth through experimentation and prototyping Mobilising the team around growth goals. Institutionalizing learnings on wins / losses Requirements : 2 years of relevant work experience with a proven record of driving massive user growth at a consumer-facing company A love for finding and utilizing unrealized, out-of-the-box techniques Deep understanding of large social and commerce web platforms, social and viral mechanics Fluent and comfortable with SQL, statistics and experimentation techniques Technically adept and comfortable hacking around. Having hands on experience using R / Python is a plus Exceptional organizational and analytical skills Excited about challenging yourself every single day.
