Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and support our team of field surveyors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily field activities, ensuring timely data collection, maintaining communication between field teams and management, and ensuring operational efficiency across survey projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions
  • Open to travel on ground and execute fieldwork when assigned
  • People, assets, and collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and head office
  • Ensure field surveyors are equipped with necessary tools, documents, and instructions as per project plan
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new field surveyors
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or delays in the field
  • Publishing reports, alerts, and dashboards as per project
  • Driving cost and timelines in the assigned projects
  • Regular coordination and feedback to the field team (surveyors) to take corrective actions on gaps identified and corrective action plan
  • Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement
  • Analysing new trends in the market and developing new features around them.
  • To manage and support our team of field surveyors & field visit & observe, Coaching & Mentoring Surveyors.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in field-based projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience working with survey or data collection teams is preferred.
