About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support day-to-day business tasks, coordinate communication, manage scheduling, and assist with candidate engagement for hiring purposes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership in managing tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to candidates and contacts for follow-ups, interviews, or scheduling updates
- Speak with potential hires to gather initial information or conduct brief screening conversations
- Write professional and well-structured emails on behalf of the manager
- Manage and update calendar appointments, reminders, and deadlines
- Track and follow up on ongoing tasks and action items
- Help in maintaining documentation, candidate records, or simple spreadsheets
- Assist with job postings and basic recruitment coordination
- Be the point of contact for routine communications on behalf of the manager
