Job description

Candidate should have knowledge of following IT Task :

Strong knowledge in Windows server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Server hardware, SAN, NAS, Virtualization & Troubleshooting of Servers
Knowledge of File Server ACL, Resource Manager, FSRM & Firewall.
Strong Knowledge of DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy / DNS, and domain migration.
Patching of all Windows Server & Endpoints.
Expertise in IIS management, IIS logs review & IIS error troubleshooting.
Support the following technologies : Server, Desktops, laptops, printers, basic LAN / WAN connectivity and virtualization
Good Knowledge of Backup architecture & policy.
Should have knowledge of IIS, DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, DR, BCP & Domain hosting.
Maintaining the documentation related to respective Domains.
Good communication skills, Teamwork, ITIL Knowledge, Awareness of all IT Process.
