Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements :
