We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take full ownership of our backend systems, help us scale rapidly, and play a key role in shaping our tech team.

What You’ll Be Doing?

Own the tech : Take our voice AI platform from a working engine to a world-class product

Backend leadership : Architect, code, and deploy robust, secure, and scalable backend systems

Full-stack collaboration : Work with frontend and integration teams where needed

Ship fast, ship smart : Collaborate directly with founders and clients for rapid iterations

Shape the future : Influence product decisions, backend architecture, and tech culture

Build the team : As we grow, help hire, mentor, and lead future engineers.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For?

3+ years of hands-on backend or full-stack experience with Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres / MongoDB

Proven ability to deploy, manage, and scale apps on Azure or AWS (App Services, containers, APIs)

Strong grasp of system design, software architecture, and clean code practices

Experience building end-to-end products, ideally in SaaS, voice tech, or AI

Product-first thinking — you care about business impact, user experience, and code quality

Clear communicator, team player, and hands-on builder

Entrepreneurial mindset — you're not here for just another job; you're here to build

Bonus Points

Experience with voice tech (TTS / ASR), telephony, or chatbot platforms

Familiarity with CRM integrations, WhatsApp APIs, Twilio, Knowlarity, etc.

Experience in early-stage startups or mentoring junior developers

Passion for AI, voice interfaces, or transforming customer experience through technology
