Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based at our Kochi office. The role involves leading design projects from concept to completion, developing creative and functional solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination through all project stages. The Senior Architect will work on a diverse range of projects, including office spaces from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet and high-end residential villas. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end project workflows, collaborating closely with clients and team members, maintaining timelines, and upholding strong design and execution standards.

Qualifications :

• Experience in architecture and interior design, handling the entire development process from concept to completion
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects through all stages of design and execution
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
