Job Title : Anaplan Solution Architect
Location : Remote

Roles and Responsibilities :
Core responsibilities
Design and development : Create and implement Anaplan models and dashboards that meet business requirements and follow best practices.
Stakeholder collaboration : Work with business leaders, analysts, and IT teams to understand needs, define requirements, and align solutions with strategic goals.
Technical architecture : Develop high-level technical designs and write user stories, ensuring the Anaplan solution is integrated seamlessly into the broader technology ecosystem.
Data management : Oversee data integration from various source systems (like ERPs and CRMs), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Process optimization : Analyze and improve existing planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, often by reducing manual touchpoints.
Project leadership : Lead project phases from requirements gathering to deployment, often using Agile methodologies.
Collaboration : Work with Sales Operations and Finance to model and implement yearly plan.
Support and maintenance : Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Documentation and training : Create detailed documentation for models and processes, and train end-users to ensure effective adoption.
Required skills and qualifications
An Anaplan certification, such as Solution Architect or Model Builder.
Proven experience in Anaplan project delivery and model design.
Expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and Anaplan best practices.
Strong understanding of data integration, system implementation methodologies (especially Agile), and financial / operational planning.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Subject matter expertise in specific areas like Finance, or Sales Performance Management.
