Role Overview : Raineo Architects is seeking a talented and experienced

Senior Architect

to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a professional with

a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience

in architectural design and project delivery. The role involves architectural planning, design development, software integration, and end-to-end project management. Key Responsibilities : Lead architectural design processes across various project types Oversee software integration and support development tools related to architecture and project visualisation Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors Mentor junior architects and guide them through design and technical challenges Ensure design sustainability and compliance with building regulations and standards Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project management Strong proficiency in architectural design and relevant software tools Familiarity with software integration in architectural workflows Proven experience in leading and managing design teams Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Exposure to sustainable design practices is an added advantage Compensation : ₹6 to ₹8 Lakh Per Annum , based on experience and qualifications
