Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead our solutioning, pre-sales, and go-to-market initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep and broad Salesforce expertise, coupled with exceptional communication and business acumen, to craft compelling solutions for prospective clients, drive successful sales engagements, and contribute to our overall market strategy. You will be a trusted advisor to both our sales teams and potential customers, translating complex business challenges into innovative and deliverable Salesforce solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, industry trends, and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Responsibilities :

Solutioning and Architecture :

• Lead the solution design process for new business opportunities, understanding client needs and translating them into comprehensive and innovative Salesforce solutions across Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein features, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds (Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.) and other relevant Salesforce platforms.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives and technical landscapes.
• Define the overall technical vision and solution blueprint, including data models, integration strategies, customization approaches, and deployment plans.
• Present proposed solutions to clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing technical queries.
