And this is just the beginning!   What's the role?   You'll craft high-impact ad scripts (15-45 seconds) for Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms that drive user acquisition.

This is a creative-meets-analytical role where you'll develop compelling narratives, analyze top-performing ads and iterate based on real performance data (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates).

What will be your responsibilities?   Write engaging thumb-stopping scripts optimised for hooks, attention and conversion across Meta, YouTube and other social placements.

Research and deconstruct top-performing fintech brands ads to identify winning creative elements Develop multiple script variations and hooks targeting different personas for JAR Translate financial concepts into relatable, conversational storytelling Collaborate with video agencies, editors and creators / influencers to bring scripts to production Analyse performance metrics and iterate scripts based on A-B testing, CTR, ROAS and Play Thru rates.

Build a library of best-performing script frameworks and messaging angles   What’s required from you?   1+ years writing ad scripts, UGC content, or performance marketing copy for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or short-form platforms Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (hooks, CTR optimization, conversion funnels) Ability to analyze top ads and adapt winning elements into original scripts Proven data-driven approach comfortable interpreting performance metrics Exceptional conversational writing skills with visual storytelling flair   What makes us different?    We’re not just building a product - we’re shaping the future of savings in India.
