Cortex is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead and contribute to complex Dynamics 365 implementations in Chennai. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, strong technical leadership, and the ability to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Experience Required : 8 - 10 years of extensive professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Architect and implement advanced Dynamics 365 components, including complex plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and dashboards.
- Drive system integrations and complex data migrations, developing strategies and solutions for seamless data flow.
- Leverage expertise in C#, JavaScript, HTML / CSS for advanced customizations and development.
- Take a lead role in requirement gathering sessions, analyze complex business needs, and translate them into robust solution designs.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Provide expert-level support to end-users for complex issues and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and related technologies, proposing innovative solutions.
Technical Skillset :
Programming : Expert-level proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML / CSS for advanced Dynamics 365 development.Dynamics 365 CE : In-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and complex integration strategies.Power Platform : Extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI for building comprehensive business solutions.Data Handling : Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS, including optimization and complex data transformations.APIs : Proven experience with designing and implementing REST / SOAP API integrations, including security considerations.Dynamics Components : Master-level proficiency with CRM SDK, developing complex plugins, advanced workflows, and managing JavaScript web resources.Security : Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in implementing and managing the Dynamics 365 security model.Functional Skills :
Deep and comprehensive understanding of core CRM modules : Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, with experience in customizing and extending their functionalities.Proven ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze complex business processes, and design comprehensive and scalable solutions.Extensive hands-on configuration and implementation experience across multiple Dynamics 365 projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred, demonstrating advanced expertise (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Developer Associate)ref : hirist.tech)
