Drive the overall productivity of the sales team, implementing strategies and processes to maximize outbound sales efforts.
Deeply involve yourself in daily operations, even working directly with agents when necessary, to understand challenges and refine processes.
Manage the end-to-end inside sales and outbound sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute strategies for lead funnel management, ensuring a healthy pipeline and continuous improvement in lead-to-visit and repeat visit conversions.
Implement robust tracking mechanisms for the number of site visits generated and monitor
conversion rates meticulously.
Drive revenue generation initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets of 100+ crores.
Ensure the quality of client visits by implementing audit processes and tracking revisit intent and actual revisits, working to enhance overall quality scores.
Oversee the distribution of visits, tracking allocation to avoid skew and ensure equitable distribution across projects and teams.
Set and track daily / weekly targets for total visits and visits per project per week.
Optimize appointment setting processes and client engagement strategies, particularly for operations requiring fixed appointment times with buyers / clients.
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, funnel health, and key metrics to senior management.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in leading and managing large telesales / inside sales / outbound sales teams (70+ members).
Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue (100+ crores) in previous roles.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and data-driven improvement strategies.
Expertise in appointment setting processes and managing client interactions for site visits.
Proven ability to deep-dive into operational details and work hands-on with agents when required.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation A postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
