Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & talent acquisition :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and finalize selections.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding.
- Onboarding & induction :
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
- Conduct company induction and ensure smooth joining process.
- Maintain proper documentation and HR records.
- Employee relations & engagement :
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally.
- Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
- Plan engagement activities, team-building sessions, and events.
- Attendance, leave & time management :
- Oversee daily attendance, leave approvals, and time discipline.
- Maintain compliance with company policies.
- Implement corrective actions when needed.
- Performance management :
- Coordinate with HODs for goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Draft improvement plans where necessary.
- HR policies & compliance :
- Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Payroll coordination :
- Compile salary inputs- attendance, deductions, new joiners, exits.
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate payroll processing.
- Exit formalities :
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation from exiting employees.
- Reporting & documentation :
- Maintain HR MIS reports such as hiring data, attrition, payroll inputs.
- Provide monthly HR reports to management.
