Job Summary :
Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to drive sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce in the Rajasthan & UP regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG / Food sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
General Trade (GT) :
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Expand the general trade network by identifying new market opportunities.
- Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring proper stock availability at all levels.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and consumer trends.
Modern Trade (MT) :
Build and maintain partnerships with key modern trade chains and large format stores.Negotiate and execute agreements with retail chains, ensuring strong visibility and shelf presence.Implement trade promotions and merchandising strategies to drive sales in MT outlets.Track and analyze sales data to optimize product placement and pricing strategies.E-commerce :
Manage and grow sales on key e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.Coordinate with e-commerce partners for promotions, offers, and inventory management.Ensure proper digital merchandising, pricing, and stock availability for online channels.Monitor sales trends and consumer buying behavior on digital platforms.Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, food Sales, or related industries.Education : Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field.Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Must-Have : Prior experience handling sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Distribution handling.Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan & UP.
