Position Overview –
What are we looking for? We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to support the HR and Office Administration functions of our Indian subsidiary. This role will be primarily responsible for payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance, assisting with employee-related matters, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities –
What role we are looking for? Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy and within deadlines.Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, insurance, and other variables for payroll input.Ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, LWF, PT, etc.) and apply income tax as per applicable regulations.Generate and distribute payslips in a timely manner.Coordinate with banks for salary disbursements and address payroll-related queries. Statutory ComplianceHandle timely filing and submission of statutory returns for PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax, TDS, and Bonus.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory updates.Maintain and update records and documentation related to payroll compliance audits. Employee SupportResolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and other payroll matters.Track and update employee advances, incentives, expenses reimbursements; and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.Coordinate with HR and Finance for full and final settlements. Documentation & ReportingMaintain payroll data, salary registers, MIS reports, audit documents, and monthly payroll summaries.Prepare and share reports with HR, Finance, and management as required.Facilitate the alignment with HR policies / practices of the Group and ensure compliance with disciplinary regime.Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance. Other tasksSupport the Head of Office Administration as required (employees time report, onboarding processes, employee’s engagement activities, facility management, etc)Support the Finance Department of the Group with any report / information needed.Handle hiring process : issuance of offer letters to candidates and drafting the employment contracts ensuring the legal framework.Any other, which might be necessary.
