About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN / MEAN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing full-stack web applications, implementing scalable architectures, and delivering robust solutions across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions shaping the companys digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Work extensively on modern web technologies such as React.js / Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservice-based architectures to support modular, scalable applications.
• Apply TDD / BDD principles, write unit and automated tests, and ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
• Participate actively in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Leverage AWS Cloud Services for scalable and secure deployments, ensuring optimized performance and availability.
• Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system architecture to design efficient, maintainable systems.
• Optimize web application performance across HTTP, caching, rendering, and socket management for superior user experience.
• Manage Git workflows, perform code merges, handle release management, and maintain proper version tracking.
