About The Role

We are looking for an India-based Enterprise Procurement Specialist for our Hyderabad office to support our internal business teams in the purchase of goods and services. Ensuring that our teams have the items they need to perform at their best is key to our success, and we're looking for someone who can partner with those teams to support them with existing or new vendors. This role will also represent the company in discussions with our vendors to ensure that we are maintaining those key partnerships effectively. You will play a key role in driving value and productivity for the Procurement team and our internal business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement team with assignment and statusing of our incoming requests from business stakeholders, create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, upload and archive contracts into our contract management system and the SaaS software management system, and ensure data integrity is maintained in all systems
• Understand usage, cost drivers, and ROI to serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams related to requested purchases.
• Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors by providing RFI and RFP support to Procurement Managers as needed.
• Create reports and populate systems of record for Procurement including systems for purchase orders, contract management, and spend tracking.
• Assist with new vendor onboarding processes.
• Assist in driving and identifying potential cost savings.
• Reconcile invoices with contractual terms to resolve inconsistencies.
