Engineering Manager, Infrastructure and Operations

Location : Krakw, Poland

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience building tools that improve developer velocity, code quality, and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• 1 year of experience working in a matrixed organization.
• 1 year of experience with Cloud Computing or in a Linux development environment.

ChromeOS Engineering Infrastructure and Operations (EIO) covers all the engineering productivity aspects of ChromeOS. Our mission is to make ChromeOS easy to change, hard to break, and ship efficiently. We are responsible for the build, test, and release infrastructure of ChromeOS. This includes improving ChromeOS developer productivity, raising the product quality bar, improving device life-cycle efficiency, and ensuring that the testing infrastructure is reliable and scalable. As part of EIO, the ChromeOS Release and Device Life-cycle Efficiency team works on enabling the internal and partner workflows needed to ship ChromeOS hardware and software scalably and efficiently.
