The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver client-focused solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that contribute to the organization’s sales targets and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Strategy Development : - Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets. - Identify, research, and target potential corporate clients across relevant industries. - Build sales pipelines through lead generation, market research, and industry networking. - Client Relationship Management : - Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement heads, business heads, and CXOs. - Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. - Solution Selling and Proposal Development : - Develop customized sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. - Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions from the company’s product and service portfolio. - Conduct persuasive sales pitches, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. - Sales Execution and Closure : - Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure. - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs. - Ensure proper documentation and contract management. - Market Research and Competitor Analysis : - Continuously track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs. - Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance product-market fit and sales approach. - Internal Collaboration : - Work closely with delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and executed. - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop relevant sales collateral and lead generation campaigns. - Sales Reporting : - Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience :

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling roles.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills :

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and client procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
