Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and showcasing the brand's products to clients. Additional tasks include collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals, managing in-store display arrangements, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategy to drive product turnover and meet sales targets
• Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to provide customers with a seamless and satisfying experience
• Expertise in Relationship Building to create and maintain lasting customer connections
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and possess a detail-oriented approach in a retail environment
• Prior experience in fashion retail is a plus
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury and designer wear
• Effective time management and organizational skills
