to lead industrial sales and revenue growth across
Tamil Nadu and Karnataka .
Location : Chennai / Bengaluru (Onsite Role) Experience : 17+ Years in Industrial / Automation Sales Salary : Up to ₹40 LPA (maximum 35% hike on last drawn CTC)
Eligibility :
Only candidates from South India
will be considered. Applicants from North, East, or West India will not be shortlisted.
Role Highlights Full P&L responsibility for sales operations in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka Strategic business growth for automation-focused accounts Building long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders Managing system integrator and partner ecosystem Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing sales professionals
Candidate Profile Minimum 17 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, electricals, or electronics Proven experience handling regional sales growth and customer success Strong understanding of CRMs and structured sales processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Willingness to travel extensively within South India
Educational Qualification : Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory); MBA or PGDM in Marketing / Business (preferred)
Note : This position is open exclusively to professionals based in
South India
preferably Chennai or Bangalore). Candidates outside this region will not be considered.
