Role Description

Profile : We are looking for dynamic & result driven candidate to drive the sales globally. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new potential clients & build strong relationship with them & ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for chemical products
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and strategies.
  • Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability
  • Finding new application for product & Timely Sales positions based on market intelligence.
  • Identifying newer value proposition for customers & devising plan to deliver.
  • Lead Inquiry, Order Management, Receivable management, Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal.
  • Evaluate market competition, analyze competitor's offerings, pricing strategies etc.
  • Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
  • Maintain CRM sales reports, sales pipeline, and coordinate for order fulfilment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • BE - Chemical, MBA.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
