We are looking for passionate, customer-centric sales professionals to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of Oracle University's Learning Subscriptions - ensuring our customers succeed, renew, and grow with us.
What You'll Do :
- Champion Customer Success : Build strong, lasting relationships with training administrators and key stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Drive Renewals & Expansion : Proactively manage subscription renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Deliver Learning Impact : Help customers activate, adopt, and realize full value from their Oracle Learning Subscriptions.
- Consult and Advise : Act as a trusted advisor, orchestrating internal teams and resources to meet customer learning goals.
- Manage Your Business : Accurately forecast renewals and expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Be a Voice for Customers : Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our learning experience.
What We're Looking For :
Years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS / Cloud Sales, or Subscription Renewals.Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes.Experience working with international markets is a plus.Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills.Basic understanding of cloud technology and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.Ability to manage complex account situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for customer success and a team-first mindset.ref : iimjobs.com)
