Description : A MSH we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager Client Solutions (Business Development) to lead growth initiatives in IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling staffing businesses, setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and managing end-to-end business development operations across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth in staffing solutions. Lead the full cycle of GCC setup for enterprise clients, including workforce planning, compliance, and operational integration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic and US markets Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value of MSH, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize our professional staffing services. Promote Client development and build relationships with prospective Clients through office visits, presentations, and negotiations. Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry / market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders. Interface with internal teams to ensure all lines of business within MSH are effectively represented to our customer base. Update and maintain Client information in accordance with MSH standards. Track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information. Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
Requirements : Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling. Proven success in setting up new markets and scaling business units. Strong client management and consultative selling approach. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities Ability to work independently and lead high-performance teams. Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
Education and Experience : 7+ years’ experience in IT staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, especially in technology A strong work ethic and sense of commitment History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge. Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience handling both Indian and international markets Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity. Certifications in Leadership or Project Management are a plus. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
