Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job description

Are you a finance professional ready to drive strategy and impact on a global scale?

In this role, you’ll work directly with the CFO , and collaborate with the Fund Development, Risk, and Investment teams to support and deliver financial returns alongside positive social impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across impact funds
Conduct profitability and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Drive standardization, automation, and insightful reporting
Support fundraising activities and build models for new funds
Perform liquidity forecasts and stress testing for funds under management

What We’re Looking For :

3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Audit, or Controlling

Experience in VC / PE / Investments is an added advantage

Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel

Experience with BI tools like TM1 or PowerBI is a plus

Background in asset management, banking, or financial services

Strong analytical and business partnering skills

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with global exposure
