At CarDekho, we are building India's largest auto-tech platform and our web / app product is at the heart of it. As Senior Product Manager - Growth, you’ll lead the charge in shaping high-impact digital journeys across our app and web platforms.

What You'll Do :

• Define product strategy & vision across web and native app platforms aligned to company wide KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Tech, Growth, Marketing) to build, launch, and iterate on user-first features.
• Drive growth through user funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and retention experiments.
• Champion data use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Clevertap, and SQL to track usage, experiment outcomes, and business impact.
• Continuously improve UX and performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals, navigation ease, and load time.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and user interviews to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

Educational background : B.Tech and / or MBA from a top-tier institute (IIT / NIT / IIM / ISB or equivalent).
