BIM Modeler Piping

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Revit BIM Piping Modeler, located in Surat. The role involves creating and managing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models using Revit. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers to produce construction drawings, performing quality checks on models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The modeler will also be responsible for updating and maintaining BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Revit Modelling experience of 5 - 6 years preferably in Plant piping and building / factories.

Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Familiarity with Architecture and Construction Drawings Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications in BIM or MEP are beneficial Familiar with Part family loading, importing and creation of assembly Pump and piping fundamentals, Support creation in Revit Having collaborative work experience with different disciplines Clash detection and resolution in Navisworks manage Should have knowledge on engineering drawing management.
