Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Overview :

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned PODs at Schbang. This includes sourcing, interviewing, documentation, communication, and reporting.

You are required to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and process-driven recruitment experience.

Take complete accountability for maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring documentation compliance, and supporting hiring initiatives like campus drives and walk-in assessments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End to end recruitment :

• Handle job postings across various portals and social platforms.
• Source and screen candidates according to the requirements shared by hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, gather timely interview feedback, and manage coordination across all interview stages.
• Maintain candidate database records, ensuring all information is updated at each touchpoint
• Negotiate offers with candidates in line with Schbang’s compensation guidelines.
• Complete documentation formalities for selected candidates.
