Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing efforts, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics data. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Digital Marketing Strategy :
- To accomplish business goals, create, develop, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to guarantee a good return on investment across all platforms.
Ø Performance and Product Marketing :
Create and carry out PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, , and Google Ads.Track and evaluate campaign KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROI) and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.Create and implement product marketing plans .Work together with the sales and product teams to develop go-to-market plans and persuasive messaging.Create and distribute campaigns, marketing collateral, and content tailored to a particular product in order to inform and interest target audiences.Ø Branding, SEO and Content Marketing :
Make sure that the brand's voice, imagery, and messaging are consistent throughout all campaignsand communication platforms.
Oversee PR campaigns and work with agencies on branding efforts.5. SEO and Content Marketing :Increase website visibility by using cutting-edge off-page and on-page SEO strategies.Manage the production of excellent, captivating material (blogs, whitepapers, videos, and newsletters) that supports organizational objectives.Keep a content calendar up to date for campaigns that are effective and on time.Ø Social Media Management and Lead Generation :
Lead social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and amplify brand awareness.Plan and execute creative posts, reels, and stories for platforms like , Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Create and implement lead generation initiatives with the use of digital marketing tools and strategies.Create workflows for email marketing to guide leads through the customer journey.Ø Analytics Reporting and Team Lead :
To gauge performance, use tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other marketing dashboards.Provide leadership with reports and actionable insights so that decisions are based on facts.Lead and mentor the marketing group to meet important performance targets.To guarantee flawless execution, work together with cross-functional teams from customer support, sales, and product.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Digital MarketingProficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Digital Marketing and MarketingExperience with Web Analytics tools and techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related fieldExperience in technology or IT services industry is a plus
