OpenText Senior Consultant

PAN India Location

The consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, testing, and supporting the upgrade from the current on-premises version(10.5) to the latest supported version(25.x) of OpenText Content Server on Azure Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess the current OpenText Content Server environment including integrations, modules, and customizations.
• Plan and execute the upgrade of OpenText Content Server (on-premise or cloud-based).
• Installation and configuration of OpenText Content Server , Archive Server , Directory Services, Document Pipeline on all 3 environments
• Installation and configuration of System Center & Upgrade Custom modules and Deploy web services
• Configuration of SAP Add-Ons for OpenText Extended ECM Integration on all 3 environments
• Setup Disaster Recovery Site for QA and PROD environments
• Perform system compatibility checks, pre-upgrade validations, and post-upgrade testing.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and effective change management.
• Update and configure Content Server modules, workflows, and security settings as required.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure server and database readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including performance and integration-related concerns.
• Provide technical documentation, test plans, upgrade runbooks, and user support materials.
