Job Description Summary :
The primary function of this role is to create and maintain planograms across multiple lines of business to ensure that new items are added, discontinued items are removed, and the planograms are merchandised in a manner that meets customers’ needs and strategic objectives. Merch Ops Analysts are expected to incorporate various reports and feedback from multiple parties into their decision-making process. Characteristics of strong Merch Ops Analysts include- eagerness to seek out information, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess a willingness to learn, and have a great attention to detail.
