Job description4–6 years of experience in graphic design (startup or agency preferred) Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva or equivalent Great eye for layout, typography, white space, color theory and clean visual hierarchy Strong portfolio of social-first content, branding, ads & educational graphics Ability to think creatively and execute quickly — no ego, just good design Bonus : motion design skills, Canva mastery, or ability to design mobile-first content Fluent in Hindi and English Interest in fintech, trading, or personal finance Familiar with the startup meme language 😎 Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 / month Office-based role in Andheri East, Mumbai Creative freedom — we don’t micromanage, we trust talent A brand that actually values good design — and invests in it Direct access to the founder, real ownership, and real visibility Portfolio-worthy projects in India’s booming fintech space A tight-knit, smart, and fun team that gets sh t done (with chai)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring a designer. We’re looking for a visual storyteller. Someone who can take a trading concept and turn it into something so clear, clean, and clever — even your dadi would say, “Oh, now I get it.”
You’re obsessed with color palettes, typography, layouts and scroll-stopping social content. You can deliver a clean design in your sleep, and on a good day — you're the reason people click, scroll and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Design bold, clean, on-brand graphics for social media, ads, thumbnails & stories
- Create visual templates and assets across marketing, education, and product
- Work closely with the founder, content & growth teams to bring campaigns to life
- Simplify complex finance concepts into crisp, beginner-friendly designs
- Own Richie’s visual language — refine it, evolve it, elevate it
- Contribute ideas for content formats, carousels, hooks and visual storytelling
- Build quick, iterative creatives for experiments and performance campaigns
