ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary :

Were looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with experience in GRC, ITOM, and ITSM . Youll be responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and support ServiceNow modules : GRC, ITOM, and ITSM
Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Customize workflows, forms, scripts, and policies
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST / SOAP)
Maintain system health and manage upgrades
Create dashboards and reports
Support ITSM processes : incident, problem, change, request
Implement Discovery, CMDB, and orchestration for ITOM
Train users and document solutions

Requirements :

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

Strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)

Hands-on experience with GRC (Policy, Risk, Audit)

ITOM expertise (Discovery, Event Mgmt, Orchestration)

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, REST / SOAP APIs

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, GRC, or ITOM) preferred

ITIL Foundation is a plus
