As a TL-Compliance your roles and responsibilities will be as below :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- You will be a key partner and will be responsible for production and delivery to drive business results
- You will do account management and will be first point of contact between onshore team and our Compliance Team
- You will do daily communication with the onshore team
- You will manage and set expectations of the team
- You will conduct daily and weekly meetings with the whole team on activities for the week and pending coverage
- Work proactively with the team to build a talent pipeline and database
- Monthly performance review of each Compliance Officer and as a team
- Compare month to month performance against target and work with leads and the Compliance Officer for improvement
- Manage QC of the services delivered and making sure 100% accuracy is achieved
