Job Title : Project Head – Renewable Energy (IPP Vertical)

Location : Ahmedabad

CTC - 1 CR (open for right candidate)

Reports to : CEO

Department : Renewable Energy – IPP Vertical

Employment Type : Full-time

Role Overview

The Project Head will lead the development, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS within the Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio. The role also includes temporary oversight of EPC functions to ensure smooth project execution, cost efficiency, and compliance with timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Manage projects from concept to commissioning and handover.
• Develop strategies, timelines, budgets, and risk plans.
• Ensure compliance with approvals, grid requirements, and environmental standards.
• Oversee project quality, safety, and sustainability.

2. EPC Oversight (Interim)

3. Team Leadership

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

5. Budget & Cost Control

6. Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination

7. Risk Management

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s preferred (MBA / Project Management / Energy Systems).
