Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Okta Developer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level IAM solutions. The candidate will work closely with business, security, and engineering teams to deliver secure and seamless identity solutions leveraging Okta. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Okta Identity Cloud solutions including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management. Configure Okta Universal Directory, policies, and group management. Develop and integrate applications using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 protocols. Implement and manage SCIM provisioning and de-provisioning workflows. Automate administrative tasks using APIs and scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex identity-related issues. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for IAM solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud. Strong expertise in : Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, SCIM, Directory Integrations. Identity federation using SAML, OIDC, OAuth. Okta Workflows & Lifecycle Management (LCM). Scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell ) for automation and integration. Solid understanding of IAM principles, security standards, and best practices. Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications with Okta. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good to Have (Preferred Skills) Okta Professional / Consultant Certification. Experience with SaaS / Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
