Job description

Role : Tricentis Administrator.

Experience : 8-15 Years.

Location : Hyderabad.

Notice Period : 15-20 Days less.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for Tricentis qTest, Tosca, and Vera.
  • Configure workflows, test repositories, and tool settings to align with team requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain tool performance and availability.
  • Provide technical support to users for qTest, Tosca, and Vera.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams for upgrades, patches, and technical resolutions.
  • Configure and maintain integrations between qTest, Tosca, Vera, and other tools like Jira, ALM, or CI / CD pipelines.
  • Support test automation workflows using Tosca to streamline testing processes.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize tool adoption.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure Vera workflows and electronic signatures comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage audit trails, validation processes, and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to support test case creation, execution, and reporting in qTest and Tosca.
  • Promote best practices in test management and automation.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-14 yrs relevant experience.
  • Proven experience administering Tricentis tools (qTest, Tosca) and compliance tools like Vera.
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and test management principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Expertise in Tricentis qTest, Tosca, and Vera administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Jira, ALM, or other project management tools.
  • Certification in Tricentis Tosca or qTest is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as MedTech or Pharma.
