Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at P R Datla Advisors located in Hyderabad.

The Associate will be responsible for preparation of financial models and investment memorandums, collating information from client teams , participating in deal-structuring discussions and due diligence support.

Qualifications

CA with strong article ship background / or MBA 1-2 years of professional work experience with at least 1 years of investment banking work experience Research skills and data analysis Prior experience in financial modelling, valuation, and M&A processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in creating pitch books to showcase investment opportunities
