Growth Manager

Role Overview

The Growth Manager will lead end-to-end digital growth strategy and execution, ensuring rapid audience acquisition, engagement, and monetization across platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and experienced in scaling digital media brands or similar businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for website, mobile app, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp,Twitter / X), and YouTube
• Drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital properties
• Lead SEO, SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to grow traffic and user base
• Identify and implement new monetization opportunities including ads, subscriptions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
• Build user funnels and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Collaborate with editorial, design, video, and product teams for integrated growth solutions
• Track KPIs (traffic, downloads, CTR, engagement, retention, revenue) and share insights with leadership
• Stay updated on digital media trends, platform algorithms, and growth innovations to maintain competitive advantage
