Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP IS Retail implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Conduct business requirements gathering workshops, analyze client needs, and translate them into effective SAP IS-Retail solutions.
  • Configure SAP IS Retail modules, including Site Master, Article Master, Listing, Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Inventory Management, to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on retail industry best practices and SAP IS-Retail functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, development, and business stakeholders)

to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and test plans.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues, and proactively recommend process improvements and

    • system enhancements.

  • Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with international retail clients.

    • Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP IS-Retail.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle SAP IS-Retail understanding of retail industry business processes, including :
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Pricing and Promotions
  • Master Data Management
  • Store Operations
  • Merchandise Planning

    • Expertise in configuring key SAP IS-Retail components, including :

  • Site Master
  • Article Master
  • Listing
  • Assortment Management
  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA Retail is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP IS-Retail certification.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA Retail.
  • Experience in working with international retail clients.
