Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and reporting to senior management. The Area Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Developing Sales Strategies with minimum 7 years work experience.
  • Strong Networking and Relationship-building skills with clients especially Architects ,Contractors and Interior designers.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
  • Experience in coordinating sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Architectural Builders hardware, Doors and Interiors industry , is a plus
