Chartered Accountant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing consolidated balance sheets, drafting, and finalizing books of accounts. Experience with scrutiny and raid cases is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review consolidated balance sheets and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Draft and finalize books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct thorough audits and financial reviews, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper adjustments.
• Handle scrutiny cases and raid cases, providing expert guidance and support during investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial practices align with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation laws.
• Proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
