Job Title : Senior Developer - ServiceNow CSM

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer - ServiceNow CSM to design, implement, and support Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service Portal, and custom reporting
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow CSM and other enterprise applications
Provide expert consultation to end users on platform capabilities, data, and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Handle system enhancements, bug fixes, configurations, workflow, release management, and testing
Stay updated on platform and industry trends to advise on best practices

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CSM implementation, support, and enhancement

Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle ServiceNow CSM implementation

Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, integrations, and reporting

Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML / CSS

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities
