Business Development Manager Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India (Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, tech, lifestyle, entertainment, wellness, etc.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, and Creative Directors to pitch our creative solutions.
- Lead outreach and business development efforts via LinkedIn, email, events, and warm intros.
- Own the sales funnel from lead generation to pitch to close.
- Collaborate with our creative leadership to shape proposals and pitch decks.
- Represent us at industry events, virtually or in-person.
- Need candidates from these industries only : Out-of-Home, OOH, Advertising, e.g., hoarding / media sales, brand activations, Event Industry have :
- Has 5+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or sales at a creative agency or production studio.
- Has a strong network in the marketing / brand ecosystem.
- Is familiar with motion design, video production, content marketing, or design services.
- Can work independently, is proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
- Is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial to have :
- Experience selling to B2B and B2C brands.
- Background in creative services or brand storytelling.
- Worked at or with creative agencies.
