Job Overview
Zeet HR Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant for our office in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and coordination, ensuring efficient operation and management alignment in a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or relevant administrative support role with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to manage organization and prioritization of various tasks with excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace for handling emails, documents, spreadsheets, and collaboration effectively in a business setting.
- Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments seamlessly.
- Experience in travel coordination, including arranging travel itineraries and handling necessary logistics smoothly.
- Skilled in expense reporting with attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely submissions and reconciliations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to assist in the organization and management of projects and tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to key executives and management team members as required.Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, and meetings to optimize executive time and productivity.Coordinate and arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries effectively for business trips.Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts.Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and internal / external contacts.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as necessary for various meetings and conferences.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information while working on tasks requiring discretion.Keep track of organizational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
