Job Title : Performance Marketing

Location : Kandivali West, Mumbai

Company : Shras Lifestyle Private Limited (Scarlett Cosmetics)

Salary : 3.0LPA to 4.5LPA

Job Summary :

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing to own and optimize our digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, and email marketing. This role will be responsible for driving traffic, user acquisition, and revenue growth through full-funnel performance channels, including paid ads, organic search, and lifecycle email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Paid Media :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) :

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
  • Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Email Marketing / CRM :

  • Design and execute lifecycle email marketing campaigns (e.g., welcome, cart abandonment, re-engagement).
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
  • Work closely with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) to automate and scale campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track and report on key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, SEO traffic growth, email engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel) to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Present performance insights and optimization strategies to internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with exposure to paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
