Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and contacts.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 services such as Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, password resets, and account lockouts on Azure Active Directory.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups of critical data and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
